Complaint/Appeal certification

If you are dissatisfied with something, you can submit a complaint or if for some reason you are not satisfied with the result of the welder test, you can appeal the decision. A complaint or appeal can either be submitted by completing the form below or send it in writing to:

Our independent managing board deals with complaints and appeals, their decisions are sent to the complainant. The appeal must be made in writing no later than 30 days after the certification.
